About Selena

Hi! I'm Selena - a school social worker turned stay-at-home mom to my sweet 6-month-old daughter. I have spent my entire career working with children and families, and I truly love what I do. Before becoming a mom, I worked as a preschool teacher, child welfare worker, nanny, and school social worker, giving me a deep understanding of child development, safety, emotional needs, and nurturing care. Now that I'm home full-time, I'm looking to care for one child part-time (2-3 days a week, in my home). I'd love for my daughter to have a little friend to interact with, and for me to stay active doing what I'm passionate about. I offer a warm, calm, and structured environment with lots of play, routines, and developmental support. I'm patient, reliable, and attentive - and I treat every child in my care as if they were my own.
