Selena was prompt and professional but also very sweet and caring towards our little ones. Our 7 month old was dealing with a little cold that was waking him up, but with a lot of patience Selena was able to get him back to sleep without waking up our toddler (sleeping in same room). She is clearly a very nuturing and caring person.
