About Serena

Hi there! My name is Serena and I've been babysitting since I was 12 and working with children on a professional level since I was 16. I am currently a preschool teacher and director in the Carmichael area at a Montessori school and have been teaching preschool for almost 10 years. I worked part time at what was formly known as kids camp. I also babysit on the side and have for several years. I have been a live in nanny and just recently had to leave a nanny position (before and after school care) with a family that I was with for almost 5 years due to a sickness in their family. I have a brother with special needs so I have a lot of experience in that department as well as children in my class who have had autism. I love to do art, read stories, go for bike rides, play at the park and take children for adventures. I have plenty of references that will tell you how reliable, trustworthy and dependable I am. I want children to feel safe, loved even when their parents are away.
