Serena is an excellent nanny and house manager. She primarily looks after our infant and sometimes our toddlers as well. Serena comes up with creative ways to keep the kids engaged including crafts, educational activities, reading to them, and basic childcare chores. She’s punctual, professional, trustworthy, and we enjoy having her look after our little ones.
