About Serenity

My name is Serenity! I have always had a passion for working with kids! I got my first job when I was 14 working for the city at a recreation day care, and ever since then I knew that being a caretaker or an educator was something I would always want to do. I have 7 years of experience working with children, in both professional and nannying settings. I have worked in a day care and in the classroom, both requiring stellar organizational skills and clerical work. I am currently a Resident Services Specialist in Youth Engagement at a low income housing community, where I plan and run all of our youth programs. I'm very adaptive, I work well in fast paced environments, and have experience caring for children ranging in age from 4 months to 18 years old. I am also trained in CPR/AED/ First Aid for adults and pediatrics and in Positive Youth Development. I have my own transportation, which is a 2006 Subaru Forester. I have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 as well.
