About Sev

My name is Sev and I am a creative, compassionate, unique and energetic 27-year-old! I love being silly with kids and allowing their truest self expression to flourish. I am an artist, musician, and lover of plants and animals. I currently work part-time at the Book Barn and love encouraging kids to read. My childcare history includes nannying for families with kids between 7-10 years old, as well as toddlers between 1-3 (who are my favorite age group!). I used to run music classes for babies between 6 months and 1-year-old, which was a blast. I love engaging in creative play, encouraging connection through music, art and imagination. I give 110% of my attention and aim to make sure every child I work with feels heard and validated in their experiences while also having firm boundaries. I am looking for a part-time gig on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays!
