About Seyed Ehsan

I am a patient, responsible, and friendly person with experience supporting individuals with special needs in a school environment. I currently work closely with students with a variety of developmental and learning disabilities, including autism and Down syndrome, helping them with daily activities, communication, independence, emotional support, mobility support, and classroom participation. I understand the importance of empathy, consistency, and creating a safe and positive environment where individuals feel respected, comfortable, and supported. I remain calm under pressure, am a good listener, and build positive and trusting relationships with individuals, families, and staff members. I am caring, energetic, and supportive, and I genuinely enjoy helping others grow, become more independent, and gain confidence in their daily lives. I also have experience working in team environments and communicating professionally with staff, parents, and caregivers.
