About Shada

As a caregiver, my passion lies in nurturing the growth and development of children. With four years of experience, I provide a safe and nurturing environment for children of all ages. I am comfortable caring for two children at a time. My patient, creative, and friendly nature allows me to connect with children easily. I prioritize open communication with parents, ensuring they are informed about their child's day and any concerns that arise. I adapt my communication style to their preferences, whether it's verbal updates at pickup, regular text messages, or phone calls. Regarding household rules, I believe in following the parents' lead to maintain consistency for the child. My activities with children include educational games, board games, puzzles, and technology-based games that enhance their learning and development. With some high school education and coursework in early child development, I have also completed First Aid training.
