About Shae

Hi! My name is Shae! I'm 22 and recently moved to the Nashville area from Huntsville, Alabama. I have years of childcare experience and love creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment where kids feel comfortable being themselves. While in Huntsville, I worked in an after-school and summer camp program with Pre-K through 5th grade children for over two years, supervising large groups, planning activities, and building strong relationships with kids and families. I've also gained experience through nannying, daycare settings, church volunteering, Head Start art lessons, and overnight nanny shifts caring for young children. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and have experience helping with routines, homework, meals, activities, and everyday needs. I love art, music, and hands-on activities, and my long-term goal is to become a cosmetologist specializing in children, especially children with special needs.
