If I could give her more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! She has been such a blessing to our family. She specializes in working with children with autism, and it truly shows. She connects with my son in such a genuine, patient, and loving way that makes him feel safe, understood, and cared for. As a mom, that means everything to me. My 18-month-old absolutely adores her too and lights up whenever she sees her. One of the things I appreciate most is that she requires little to no direction. She instinctively knows what the kids need when it’s time to eat, play, rest, or transition to the next activity. I never have to worry because she takes initiative and handles everything with confidence and care. She is always on time, communicates exceptionally well, and is incredibly reliable. It’s rare to find someone who is not only skilled but also genuinely loves what they do, and that’s exactly who Shailah is. We will absolutely be booking her again next summer. Our family loves you, Shailah, and we’re so thankful for the love, patience, and joy you’ve brought into our home. We can’t recommend you enough!
