I have been working in health care since 2011 and I am also a NYS-CNA, HHA and CPR certified. I am currently located in NYC and I am interested in working as a live-in caregiver. Willing to relocate for the right opportunity.

Ms shakeema came in and changed my dad whole mindset about having an aide . He told the whole family how he would not respect someone coming in his home telling him what to do and guess what the first hour of our meet and greet he was asking when can she start . Months went by shakeema became family from the beginning to the end she had this strong pleasant and cheerful attitude my dad passed on and till this day she still comes around and check in when she could I could tell she came to work because helping others is her passion not for a paycheck 

Shakeema took wonderful care of my very good friend, after her brain tumor diagnosis. This included having to anticipate her needs because of the resultant aphasia. Shakeema was kind, engaging, thorough in her care, strong, and entertaining with her singing. Thank you Shakeema!

Shakeema was kind, professional and showed great judgement. Twice Shakeema alerted us that our loved one, who couldn't talk, had something going on that needed a doctor's attention. She was right both times and it was because she was very caring and noticed subtle changes that we didn't because she spent more time with her. We all cried when we had to move to nursing home level care and end the relationship. Without Shakeema it would have happened much earlier. She is smart, articulate and comforting. We were lucky to have her caring for our family member.

Shakeema assisted my father for seven months when he returned home from rehab helping him with his personal care, errands, meal preparation and medication reminders. It was a pleasure having her as a companion for my Dad.

Shakeema took great care of my mother, who is recovering from a broken hip. She is an excellent aide, companion, and cook, and she was also good with my little dog
