I am a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with 15 years of hands on patient care experience as a CNA. I care for individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, diabetes, epilepsy, stroke, quadriplegia, paraplegia, neurological disorders, and complex medical needs. My experience includes wound care, tracheostomy support, PEG tube feeding, ostomy care, Foley catheter care, seizure precautions, hospice, palliative care, and total patient care. I assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, transfers, repositioning, and mobility. I also help with meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, cleaning, organizing, grocery shopping, errands, appointments, and companionship. I am CPR certified, compassionate, dependable, attentive, and respectful. I focus on safety, comfort, dignity, and each client's individual needs while communicating clearly with families.
