Hi! My name is Shalena and I have had years of experience babysitting and watching children from 4 months to 10 and up! My most recent job was watching a family friend's child starting when she was about 5/6 months. I had her until she turned 3. She was in my care 3 to 4 days a week from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. So I went through all of the stages with her from bottle feeding to multiple naps a day, to teaching to her to walk and talk, to potty training, you name it. I do currently work a full time remote job M-F from 7-4 but I am open to any hours beyond my work hours, whether that be evenings, overnight, and weekends care.

I was very apprehensive about using a sitter service because I have never left my kids with anybody but my sister, but Shalena put my mind at ease. She agreed to do an in person interview beforehand. Her personality is very open and easy going. The night she came to watch the kids, my 1 year old took to her right away, surprisingly. She usually is the shy one. My 2 year old cried when I left, but she opened up to Shalena shortly after we were gone. Afterwards, my 4 year asked when Ms. Shalena could come again. I would definitely use her in the future!
