About Shaley

I have 5 years of experience in recreational therapy, in both acute and long-term care. I work to provide the highest level of care for any individual, increasing quality of life and exploring healthy coping skills. I've worked with all ages and demographics, some of which are individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia, anxiety and depression, and physical disabilities. CPR/First aid certified. Excited to help others learn how to increase their well-being and develop a routine that will support their overall wellness. I teach private swim lessons as well, with 7 years of experience.
