Shamekia was very thorough in her care for my aunt. She was kind and patient with a 96 year old who got very fussy from time to time. My aunt loved the way Shamekia dis her hair. I loved the fact that her meals and meds were always on time and my aunt was always clean, even though she needed help getting to the bathroom.  I could imagine finding someone more attentive or knowledgeable about caring for a 97 year old who is in denial about her abilities.

Shamekia was an amazing caregiver for my father. She became part of our family. Her dedication to detail is outstanding. Very thoughtful, always  stopping on  her way to work to get special food items for my dad!  Clinical skills are excellent. Being a nurse myself, I tried to talk her into going to nursing school. She keeps up with DME, and would order supplies for us and show us how to use.
