We initially appreciated her help, but over time we experienced several concerns with reliability, attention to detail, and hygiene practices in our home. She was punctual and arrived on time consistently; however, there were repeated issues with basic tasks not being followed as expected despite prior discussions, including improper disposal of items (such as diapers in the bathroom trash) which led to persistent odor issues despite prior discussions. We also observed lack of care with household items and appliances, with cabinets and surfaces not being handled gently. Work was often completed in a rush, and she regularly left atleast 20 minutes before the agreed end time. Additionally, we had concerns about hand hygiene practices not being consistently followed during household tasks. While she was polite and kind , the overall experience did not meet our expectations due to repeated inconsistencies in performance and professionalism.
