From the beginning of the hiring process, it was clearly discussed and published on my advertisement the hours and days needed. She confirmed those days and hours and yet after a week of working with us, she changed her days due to her VCU job. I also asked her about her other cases she is committed because I told her I am looking for a long-term care giver. She strongly said she only has a few cases and they are not in conflict with my job. It is very disappointing when someone is not straightforward.
