About Shania

I am a CPR, First Aid, and BLS certified caregiver looking to transition into part-time nannying while I complete college. For my first semester, I am hoping to start part-time due to my class schedule, with the goal of increasing my hours as the school year progresses. I have cared for children since I was 13 through daycare, after-school programs, babysitting family members, and paid and volunteer experiences. I have experience with children of different ages, including children with autism, multiple children, pets, meal prep, errands, and light household tasks. I am studying Interdisciplinary Studies with plans to become a Clinical Psychologist. I am nurturing, patient, and dependable, and I enjoy creating safe, fun environments where children feel supported and valued. I love cooking, arts and crafts, gardening, and activities that encourage creativity and learning. I hope to build a trusting relationship with a family and provide compassionate care.
