About SHANICE KATHRYN

I am a retired teacher and mom of 4. For the past 4 years I have been home with the kids while caring for other kiddos in my community. I have always had a great understanding and intuition with kids. I am very comfortable adhering to your kids individual needs with special attention to detail. I have experience with kids of all ages ranging 0-12yrs. I'd describe my personality as silly, sweet, funny. I like working with kids because they allow me to see the world through a better scope. I also went to college for Elementary Education. I started working with kids when I was in high school babysitting and then right away volunteering in college I joined the Minnesota Reading Corps to help kids in need of some academic attention. In my spare time, I like to be creative either crafting arts, cooking, and specifically organizing.
