About Shanika

I have an older sister, who is wheelchair bound and lives in a Nursing Home. My family brought her home for Thanksgiving. She has dementia and picks up on vibrations and the energy of the people who take care of her. Her reaction to Shanika was very telling. From the moment my sister met her she took to her. This friendly interaction continued for the 4 hours that Shanika was with my sister, they laughed and talked (jibberish) When Shanika left, my sister was saddened. Shanika took very good care, being very attentive and caring, feeding her, changing & cleaning her and engaging with her. It was a very pleasant experience and a burden lifted from our hearts. Not only would we hire Shanika again, but I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the Jersey area looking for a caregiver to take care of their loved one. It was a pleasure to have Shanika .
