My life long passion for providing dignified support to those with developmental, intellectual, and/or cognitive disabilities drives my work as a Direct Support Professional. With ongoing professional experience, I offer compassionate, detail-oriented care that prioritizes your loved one's independence. I am skilled at de-escalating stressful situations, managing behavioral changes, and adapting to new routines with patience and calm. I hold current CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications , as well as many other DWC training certifications. I guide or assist in life skills tasks, such as meal preparation, housekeeping, errands, socialization, or hobbies. To keep you fully informed, I provide detailed daily updates using your preferred communication method or structured progress notes.
