Shannon came to interview with me for some occasional care for our 8 month old son. She was very nice and he took to her instantly. She even stayed for a few hours so I could get some house work done while she took him for a walk. I really liked her and had hoped we'd be able to use her again. I have no problem with her ability to do childcare just wasn't impressed with her communication with me regarding future dates we had talked about. I've contacted her several times and haven't heard back (I knew she was visiting family last week so wasn't available). I find it frustrating when waiting to hear back from someone regarding work. If you don't want the work from us I'd rather be told than led to believe that they are available for work, now I've wasted time when I could have been looking for someone else. I hate leaving bad feedback but as I said I have no problem with her ability to do childcare.
