About Shannon

Hello! My name is Shannon and I'm eager to learn more about opportunities as a caregiver. I have a passion for helping others and have 15 + yrs experience in the caregiving and medical field. I worked as a surgical coordinator and medical assistant for 11 years, During my time as a caregiver I provided duties such as companion care, assistance with bathing, meal prep, medication management, glucose monitoring, and a variety of other tasks including hospice care. In my role as a medical assistant, I have worked with patients of various medical conditions including MDS, COPD, Dementia, stroke, cardiac issues and terminal illnesses.
