What truly sets Shannon apart is her willingness to go above and beyond. Not only did she provide excellent care for my mother, but she also stepped in to help my mother's roommate whenever needed and even showed kindness and attention to all of our pets. Animals are great judges of character and they all adore her just as much as we do! Shannon is a true blessing and light in this world!
