About Shannon

I have been babysitting for children ranging from 3 months to toddler and elementary school since I was about 10 years old. Most recently, I've had the privilege of caring for a boy from infancy through toddlerhood. While doing my Master's degree, I nannied for a family with a 7 and 11-year-old 4 days a week. This included pick up from school, dinner prep, homework assistance, and also taking the kids skiing on designated weekends. During my undergraduate degree, I nannied for 3 girls (1, 7, and 9 years old) three days a week which included pick up/drop off, meal prep, and general nanny duties. In my early undergraduate career, I was a nanny part-time for a 10-year-old girl for my freshman and sophomore year. In addition to that, for two semesters in college, I worked mornings at a church childcare and mainly took care of children 11 months-2years of age. I have also been a counselor for many summer camps and have experience managing activities and sports to keep children occupied.
