About Shannon

I have had the privilege of working with children with disabilities on and off for more than 20 years. Throughout this experience, I have supported children with patience, compassion, and respect while helping them build confidence, independence, and life skills. I understand that every child has unique needs, strengths, and abilities, and I believe in meeting them where they are. My experience has taught me the importance of creating a safe, encouraging, and inclusive environment where children feel valued, supported, and empowered to reach their fullest potential.
