About Shannon

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this. To introduce myself, I am a mother of two successful adult children. I have helped raise 6 other boys that I mentored as preteens and teenagers. I had my own in home daycare several years ago. I moved back to California or I would still be doing that to be honest. I have cared for autistic children, children with downs syndrome, children with severe anxiety and/or hyperactivity. I have also cared for children with personality disorders, learning delays and physical disabilities. On a more personal note, I think every kid in every stage is a super amazing little person learning to eventually be an adult. I strongly believe that kids should be allowed to be kids as long as they are safe and responsible. I also strongly believe in structure and rules. I am a very fun person but also very responsible and reliable. Oh, and housework is not an issue. I like to stay busy. I hope to hear from you soon. Have a beautiful day!
