My name is Shantel .. I have 11 years experience in child care .

I am trained and certified in sleep training , feeding, bathing , diapering and scheduling newborns and infants . I am also CPR certified. 

I pride myself in taking very good care of babies like they are my own .

Shanti did an incredible job caring for and sleep training our little boy. She was extremely knowledgeable about infants and able to get us into a great routine during our time with her. She really set us up for success with both day and night time sleep schedules. 

Shantel was with our family on weeknights from the time our daughter was 2 weeks old until she was 8 weeks old. During this time, our daughter began sleeping through the night with Shantel’s guidance and care. We were of course so thankful for the sleep, but more than that, we were so thankful to have such a loving and calm presence in our family’s lives. Shantel clearly adores children, and they her. Even at only a few weeks old, our daughter would light up upon hearing Shantel’s voice. And our toddler son always looked forward to Shantel’s warm smile and high fives in the morning. Shantel struck the perfect balance of taking initiative on her own while also following our lead and respecting our family’s routines. We cannot recommend her more highly. Any family would be lucky to have Shantel on their team.

Shantel is kind, knowledgeable, & teaches you things you’re open to learn w/o imposing her thoughts on you. She’s patient & great w new anxious moms. She has gentle way & hygiene is of the utmost importance to her. She’s flexible w/ time(overnights & day) 10 months later & I can thank Shantel for my baby who SLEEPs 7:30pm-7:30am  Anyone who says sleep training can’t be done early is misinformed as thats what Shantel did for me. She’ll care for your baby w/ love, structure & be YOUR cheerleader. 

Shantel is knowledgeable and deeply caring.  As first time parents having her helping us was invaluable not only because it allowed us to get some sleep or take a break (while being certain our son was being well taken care of) but because her experience gave us confidence during such an exciting (but also scary and stressful) time.  She was also very accommodating and went above and beyond so that we could attend a sibling's wedding.  Thank you Shantel!

Shantel was amazing! She was with us for 4 weeks with our first baby and taught us so much! She really helped us get him on a routine. I can't recommend her enough!

We hired Shantel to be with us at night for the first 8 weeks after the birth of our son and had such a wonderful experience.  Shantel was great at helping me navigate night feedings early on and we quickly figured out a rhythm based on her thoughtful suggestions. This enabled my husband and I to a get a good nights sleep from the get go. Even when Shantel wasn't with us during the day, she was always available by text for any questions or concerns I had. We were lucky to have her on our team and always knew our son was in the best care when she was around. Only regret is not booking her for more weeks. Highly recommend!

Shantel was such a pleasure to work with. I could tell from the moment she entered our home that she would be dedicated to giving our daughter the best care, as well as giving us the tips and tricks to set us up well for when she leaves. Thank you for everything you did for our family!

Shantell is great with babies.  She helped us as a night nurse when we brought our preemie home.  And taught all the tricks (swaddling, dream feeds, etc).  

We've continued to hire her when we need someone to come take care of our now 13 month old baby.

She was the best thing to ever happen to us when our son was born! She jumped right in to show us everything we didn't know. She got him on a great sleep schedule and was an absolute pleasure to have in our home.

Shantel is so sweet . You can tell she really loves babies . She is very positive , and was always willing to go the extra mile for my son . He loves her so much and the minute she holds him he calms down. She is really really good at what she does . I can't thank her enough ! She left me with a wonderful schedule and a sleeping baby . I wish could've kept her longer . We love and miss her so much . I recommend 100%

My family and I have been working with Shantel since our daughter was about a week old. Shantel was fantastic at helping our family adjust to newborn life by taking care of her throughout the night and assisting with all the other things (baby laundry, bottle washing, etc.) that the baby needed. She was also great at transitioning our daughter to have fewer feeds overnight, gradually getting her sleep trained where she now sleeps through the night! Along with sleeping through the night with her help we were able to keep our baby on a good nap and feeding schedule. When we have another baby we'll definitely be hiring her again! We enjoyed having her in our home and can truly say that she helped to make our first several weeks with our little one even more special. We were so thankful to have found her.

I hired Shantel to assist me with my newborn, and I must say it was the best decision I made, inviting her in my home for the first 8 weeks of my baby boy's life. After a traumatic birthing experience and Postpartum, not only did Shantel care for my baby but she helped me cope emotionally and physically. I love that she's very confident, experienced, gentle and caring. I can't begin to express how much of an amazing job she did assisting my family. I would happily recommend any expecting mom to hire her!

Shantel is possibly the most wonderful , reliable and compassionate baby nurse ever . She was an absolute blessing to our family ! She provided us with all the necessary info we needed , talked to, and comforted me ALL DAY . Ha ha . I love her so much ! She made me feel so good about myself after giving birth and took really good care of my baby girl! She is the best and not to mention,  very professional ! I would definitely hire her again !!

I hired Shantel last minute after my first baby nurse cancelled on me . This was so horrifying for me because as a new mom I had no idea what I was doing and I really needed the help . 
With this first bad experience , I needed someone who was reliable ! Shantel is definitely someone who shows up Every single time . I've never had a problem with her . 
She was very responsible , professional and caring . She knew exactly what She was doing . She taught me so many things . My family would not be the same without her. We definitely plan on hiring her again for  baby #2. Thanks so much Shantel !

Shantel Was an amazing help . My husband and I hired her for 24 hour care then nights for the rest of the time. She is so very caring , compassionate and loving . She is like family ! Would def recommend hiring her . You are very lucky if she works for you .
