Shan was a caregiver for my mom who suffered from dementia for over 3 years. She treated my mom like family and called her “Auntie.” She is loving, compassionate and very patient. She handled my mom and the other residents at her facility with top notch care and kindness. She has a gentle heart and a passion for caring for others. When my mom began her transition, Shan visited her several times before her passing. She would sit with her, clean her up, and bring her things to make her comfortable. She was there for her til the very end. Even missed a day of work to attend her homegoing. I always say “you can’t be taught caregiving, you have to have a heart for it!” Shantinique has the biggest heart and she loves providing care to those in need. We were Blessed to have her!
