This caregiver provided compassionate and attentive care for my father during her time with our family. She was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about his well-being. When present, she performed her duties well, assisted with daily care needs, and treated my father with dignity and respect. Unfortunately, reliability became a significant concern. Over the course of several months, there were numerous absences and schedule disruptions that made it difficult to ensure consistent care. While I appreciate the quality of care she provided when available, dependable attendance is essential in a caregiving role. Overall, I would describe her as a caring and capable caregiver whose strengths lie in her compassion and caregiving skills, but whose attendance challenges ultimately impacted our ability to continue the arrangement. I wish her the very best in her future endeavors.
