I bring over 30 years experience as Certified NURSE Assistant/Hospice Aide hands on experience throughout my years I have provided compassionate self centered care to individuals with a wide range of needs, which includes the elderly disabled and those in hospice care I take pride in been dependable attentive and respectful always treating my patients with dignity and kindness I am experienced in assisting daily living activities monitoring patients condition working with nurses and families to make sure they have the best possible care What sets me apart is just not my experience , but my genuine passion for helping others I understand that this role requires patience empathy and emotional strength and I have consistently demonstrate those qualities throughout my career I truly care about the well being of my patients and strive to make a positive difference in their lives everyday .
