About Sharon

As a CNA with a graduate degree, I bring a patient approach to my work. I adapt to changing routines and unexpected challenges, when caring for individuals with special needs. I have worked with both ambulatory and non-ambulatory adult clients. I am comfortable with transfers using lifts, with all aspects of personal care. Cleanliness and good hygienic practices are a priority. I learn and remember routines and instructions quickly. I am alert to my client's daily condition, and I speak up when I notice potential problems. I have experience with respiratory equipment such as the CPAP, cough assist, suction and pummel-vest respiratory therapies. I understand that my client's needs may evolve/complicate over time and I can respond accordingly. I am open to light meal preparation and light household duties. I have reliable transportation to work. I am also very pleasant! I speak English, French, and Sign Language (ASL). I would love to use my skills to help your loved one thrive!
