Sharon was mainly hired to take care of my toddler (18 months old). She is very polite, well-mannered, very dependable, and smart. Without me telling her, she found ways to help my toddler focus and play very well with his toys. She was also very detail-oriented. One day, she saw a wasp in my son's playpen. The wasp was hidden, and even I would have missed it. But she got a paper towel and grabbed the insect with her hand to protect my son. She would never miss work, unless she tells us in advance and gives us time to find a backup plan. After 1 week, my kids already liked her. My toddler, who used to not allow people to hold him, started to play with her after a week. She was a wonderful caregiver. The only reason why we could not continue working with her was because of unexpected changes in our family. I would re-hire her with no second thoughts if I could. Also, I recommend her to any family looking for a trustworthy and dependable caregiver for their kids.
