Hello. My name is Sharquita. I'm from Indianapolis, IN and studied at Indiana University. All through high school and college, I was taking care of children and involved in children groups like Boys and Girls Club and Children's Bureau of Indianapolis. I've always loved being around children and it has been one of my main jobs since moving to California 4 years ago. I've been babysitting professionally for a company that caters to "high end" clients so I recognize the importance of discretion and am experienced in travel and working from hotels. I'm worked with a family of five as well as twins. I've taken acting and improv classes and love Harry Potter and try to liven things up by adding these experiences into my nanny and babysitting jobs. I've also taken baby development courses through Outside the Box and will soon be part time teacher. I'm looking for a family that will treat me as one of their own as I help their child or children grow, develop and discover the world around them

We have been incredibly fortunate to have our nanny care for our daughter over the past year. She is loving, patient, dependable, and truly treats our daughter with kindness and respect. From day one, she built a wonderful bond with our daughter and always created a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. She kept her active with age-appropriate activities, encouraged her language and social development, read books with her, played creatively, and helped establish a consistent daily routine. She was also attentive to our daughter’s needs and communicated with us openly about her day and any concerns. One thing we especially appreciated was her patience and encouragement during developmental milestones. She was always supportive, celebrated our daughter’s progress, and worked closely with us to provide consistent care. She was consistently punctual, reliable, and proactive, making our lives much easier as working parents. We always felt completely comfortable leaving our daughter in her care, knowing she was in capable and caring hands. We are only saying goodbye because our family is moving to a different city. We will truly miss her and wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for a trustworthy, experienced, and genuinely caring nanny. Any family would be lucky to have her, and we are happy to provide a personal reference.
