About Sharron

For two decades plus, I've nurtured children's growth and development. My passion lies in making a positive impact on young lives and supporting families with reliable care. Early childcare is my first love, closely followed by my experience working with children who have special needs ranging from Autism, Cognitive delays, and Down's Syndrome to name a few. I'm patient, creative, and friendly. I follow the parents' lead on household rules and preferred communication methods. My graduate degree and coursework in Early Child Development provide me with a strong foundation. As a certified moderate to intensive special education teacher, I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational games with children. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children, ages 0-11. I can assist with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I am CPI trained. I believe every child is unique, and I would love the opportunity to learn about yours.
