After approaching my 5 year mark with a local St Charles family, I've gotten to know other families along the way and have been fortunate enough to impact the lives of other amazing kiddos as they positively impacted my own! Shaylyn scheduled a phone interview. The first one she did not answer and texted 2 hours later that something came up. We reschedule for the next day and she did not answer and I still haven’t heard from her. Reliability is important when looking from childcare. We are very flexible and would have reschedule with a simple notification.
