Hello! My name is Shea. I have a Bachelor's Degree from Texas Tech University. I have worked at Byron P. Steele High school as a Special ED Paraprofessional and have worked as a summer camp counselor and coordinator with several children ages 4-12. I have 6 years of experience watching my nephew (currently age 7) and 2 younger brothers I watched consistently growing up. I am a new mother to a precious baby boy and am looking forward to taking care of my child and another child at my place of residence. Being knowledgeable in the different child-rearing techniques, I would say I have a Montessori (or hands-on learning) approach to raising children. I love watching children grow and develop through play and I have a passion for teaching.
