Hi! My name is Shea. I am a Physical Therapist Assistant and coach! I used to nanny full time for about 5 years alongside personal training while I was in school. Before then I was a babysitter from a very young age for friends and family. I have 7 younger siblings and I took on a teaching/parenting role growing up with them. I love kids and I still coach little ones once a week for rock climbing. I know how important it is for parents to know their kids are happy and safe.
