About Sheila

Hi! My name is Sheila, and I love creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun. As a retired law enforcement sergeant with over a decade of public service, parents can count on me to be dependable, trustworthy, and attentive. I enjoy reading with children, helping with homework, playing games, arts and crafts, outdoor activities, and encouraging kindness and confidence. I'm also the founder of Salte and SW Spa, where I promote healthy living and mindfulness. I believe every child deserves patience, encouragement, and compassionate care. My goal is to give parents peace of mind, knowing their children are safe, supported, and cared for as if they were my own.
