About Shelby

Hi, My name is Shelby! I have my Bachelor's degree in Human Services. I am also Massachusetts EEC Director Certified. My professional early childhood career started off working as a daycare floater. From there I spent time completing early childhood coursework and working in the infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms. I then became director certified and worked as an assistant director of a daycare center for two years. After spending some time in the daycare setting I decided I wanted to provide more one on one care. I have experience working with children of all ages, including newborns & infants. I am also experienced in infant overnight care. I am patient, dependable, and highly attentive to children's individual needs. I value communication, consistency, and building strong, trusting relationships with families. My goal is always to create a safe, loving, and supportive environment where children can thrive and meet their milestones.
