About Shelley

My name is Shelley, I actually live in Bellingham, and I am the mother of 6 grown children and I have decades of experience caring for children. I have worked for numerous families over the years. I have lived in Norway and Sweden and speak both languages. I returned to school a few years ago and graduated UW with two degrees. I then took a course and recieved my certificate in teaching English as a second language. I have written 2 children's books and am a hospital trained doula. I am diligent about my vaccinations and expect my families to be as well. I am very active, play pickleball everyday and consider walks to be an important part of the day. I know the importance of milestones but respect that each child is different. I have references and you are welcome to reach out with any questions. At this time I will not be caring for unvaccinated families.
