About Shemaiah

I am in my 5th and final year at an Early College High School perusing a career in astrophysics. I have been around animals and young children my entire life (I come from a big family). Throughout my life, I have owned/spent an extended period of time with various species of animals. I also have previous experience working at a pet store. When being responsible for children and animals, I believe it is important to maintain a balance of structure, fun, and creativity. It is important to be prepared for virtually anything while being able to maintain a calm composure. Additionally, I am CPR trained (not certified) and willing to obtain any necessary training or certifications. In my spare time, I like to play piano (I am currently double majoring in science and fine arts music), spend time with my animals, and learn new things about the world.
