I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful Sherai was with my grandparents. From the very beginning, she treated them with so much kindness and patience. She truly cared about them and it showed in everything she did. She helped with their daily routines, meals, medications, and appointments, but what really stood out was how much she connected with them personally. She took the time to listen, talk, and connect with them. They always looked forward to her visits and brought such a warm, positive energy into their home. Whenever something came up, Sherai handled it calmly and professionally. She kept our family informed and was very dependable and trustworthy. Qualities that are rare to find in people nowadays. Our whole family is so grateful for her care and dedication. Knowing our grandparents were in such good hands gave us real peace of mind.
