About Sherika

Nurturing children and witnessing their progress is my passion. For the past 10 years, I've had the privilege of caring for children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens and including special needs children. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and have completed Early Child Development Coursework. I'm also a Certified Teacher, with current First Aid and CPR Training. My approach is patient and friendly, and I enjoy engaging children with educational, social and physomotor games. I'm very comfortable upholding your household rules, follow schedules and communicate with you in your preferred way. I am happy to help with light housekeeping, making snacks, and other activities as it relates to your child or children. I'm comfortable with pets and prefer to care for 1-3 children at a time. Ultimately, I aim to provide a safe, enriching environment where your child can thrive. I look forward to the possibility of becoming a supportive part of your family.
