About Sherilyn

Hi! I'm Jess, a warm, energetic caregiver with 5 years of ABA/behavioral support experience, 10 years of babysitting experience, and CPR certification. I'm especially great with kids ages 2-10 and bring patience, confidence, and understanding that goes far beyond basic supervision. I adapt naturally to each child. With little ones, I'm animated, playful, expressive, and genuinely happy to get down on the floor and enter their world. With older kids, I'm fun, relatable, and still able to maintain clear, respectful boundaries. I love video games, puzzles, outdoor play, outings, and finding what makes each child light up. My ABA background gives me strong skills in communication, emotional regulation, transitions, positive reinforcement, and challenging behaviors. I enjoy preparing healthy, delicious meals, can drive, help with homework and routines, and keep parents informed. Kids adore having me around and parents feel completely confident they're in capable hands!
