About Shila

I worked daily at a facility for veterans where I assisted with personal care, including giving showers, cleaning rooms, sweeping, and mopping. I also helped take them to lunch, ran errands, and spent time with them outdoors. Later, I worked for a company providing in-home care for seniors, where I visited clients' homes to assist with personal hygiene, house cleaning, errands, and meal preparation. In my most recent role, I worked with a high fall-risk client who required assistance with meal preparation, bathing, medication management, transportation to doctor's appointments, and house cleaning.
