About Shkoya

I have worked in the home health/medical field for 10 years now . After I graduated high school I immediately began working in the home health field all thanks to God first and foremost and then my mom introduced the job to me. The job I had was live-in with a patient that had dementia and I was doing it for the pay at first until God opened my eyes and showed me that this wasn't just a job but it was my calling. After that patient had gone with the Lord , I realized this is what I was wanted to do . And after that it took off . I love working with the elderly people who have Alzheimer's & dementia because they are the most challenging and they need the most care . I always seem to fall in love with the ones that are like that because they make me realize the beauty in life and to me they are so precious. I go above and beyond when it comes to my work . I am outgoing , sweet , passionate, and patient . I am able to provide an environment where the patient feel comfortable and safe.
