Hello! My name is Shruti and I am a childcare professional. I have had the privilege to be a preschool teacher for the last 15 years. I have worked with the city of San Ramon, Childcare Careers and worked as a substitute teacher for various schools in Danville and San Ramon. As an extension of my passion and my commitment to child development for over 18 years, I also have a state license for a home day care. I am looking to transition to be a full-time or part-time nanny and am also available for date nights on weekends and weekdays. My goal is to make sure that all parents have peace of mind that their children are being properly cared for while they are at work or away. I love what I do because everyday I get the once in a lifetime chance to touch the life of a child and make a difference. From the moment Shruti walked into our home, her warmth and kindness were incredibly evident. My daughter warmed up to her immediately, which gave us total peace of mind from day one. Shruti filled her days with wonderful activities, including outdoor walks, backyard play, creative arts and crafts, and she made lunch and nap times seamless. Beyond being incredibly loving and engaging, Shruti is a true professional. We have a specific daily schedule and set of instructions, and she followed them to a T. We are so sad that our changing schedules mean we cannot keep Shruti for the rest of her toddlerhood before she starts preschool. We wish we could have kept her longer!
