Leaving our 15-month-old with someone else for the first time was a big decision, but from the very beginning we felt completely at ease. They were so patient, warm, and genuinely caring, and it was clear how much they loved spending time with our little one. Our toddler was always happy to see them and quickly formed a special bond. They kept our child engaged with age-appropriate activities, reading books, singing songs, sensory play, outdoor walks, and plenty of opportunities to explore and learn. They were attentive to nap schedules, meals, and diaper changes, while always making sure our child felt safe, loved, and comforted. Communication was excellent—we always received thoughtful updates throughout the day, which gave us so much peace of mind.
