About Sienna

Hello, my name is Sienna. I'm 31 years old and I have many years of experience with child care for all ages. I take great pride in being a beneficial aspect for the child/children as well as for the parents. I do feel I have a knack with kids. I can truly be at their level with playfulness while still being able to guide, teach and direct in a way that can be received and implemented by the child or children. I focus a lot on developmental support emotionally, intellectually and creativity. I personalize my approach based on the facets of the parents and child's needs, skills, personality, and growth stages. I also focus a lot on teaching kindness, fairness, honesty, etc. I take my job of protecting and supporting the child or children very seriously and am incredibly attentive/engaged. Arts, crafts, appropriate science projects, reading books, outings, sensory engagement and activities, games, imaginative play, etc.
